Then we went for flag day together (plus Esther) around Orchard. We split into pairs 'cause we decided that going around in such a big group wouldn't work. Yeah so Jiayan and I walked from Far East to Dhoby Ghaut and back to collect donations. At first when we started out I couldn't get any donations and I was damn pissed at those who just walked past me without acknowledging, so whatever la. I got my first donation only at Paragon, the auntie dropped the coin into the tin and there was this really loud echo in the tin so she went like, 'Woah, empty one ah', zzzz broke my heart, it's my first time selling flag what. Mm I didn't have any really funny encounters but it was good experience gained. Kids are very kind they voluntarily came to us to donate, but I guess they don't really know where their money would go to they just like the feeling of dropping coins into tins. At 12 we met the rest at Burger King @ Wheelock for one-hour lunch, where we also decided who to hold what letter. Yesterday was a fateful day la, we decided everything by tikam tikam, like what to do after flag day, what to have for dinner, haha.
Then Jiayan left while the rest of us continued selling flag. Haha my tin was the lightest of all but whatever at least I tried. Okay actually after lunch Jia Li, Joelle and I just kept walking all over Orchard to check timings for Rush Hour 3 and Hairspray after our shift but the tickets available were all front seats so we didn't watch any movie in the end. When we went to Cineleisure to check the timings this security guard scolded us for holding our tins and told us to keep them in our bags, what the hell. Maybe he was just doing his job but you should've heard his tone, it was like really rude and disrespectful of students so I think he should go and die. I told him we were not collecting donations there then he went like, 'I KNOW I KNOW (WHATEVER SHIT)'.
Blah then it was almost 3 already so we went to return our tins and walked to Sushi Tei @ Takashimaya for early dinner/ heart to heart talk (hahaha). At around five plus we took the bus back to school to meet the rest for the live feed. Haha the bus was approaching when we were across the road so Jia Li and Joelle ran for the bus while the rest of us stolled behind, AND THEY DIDN'T KNOW! Okay actually Esther made an effort to run but this two aunties with luggages blocked her way, Xin En and I happily walked. Then Jia Li and Joelle only realised that we were not behind them when they were at the bus-stop, HAHAHA quite funny so they were very angry.
Back at school we were very excited when we saw the satellite at the foyer, hahaha. Esther, Chrisanda, Jia Li, Jiayan, Joelle, Qinyan, Yan Ling, Xin En and I were supposed to each hold one letter in Zheng Ning's name but Yan Ling couldn't make it and Chrisanda had to be in front cheering so we got people to hold the extra letters. We got lots of freebies from the sponsors, hahaha not bad not bad. Throughout the live feed they kept passing down Polar puffs, Marigold juice and stuff ooh ooh cheapskate cheapskate! Anyway we thought Zheng Ning and Keely got the same marks from the judges but it turned out to be some error, super turn-off -.- Haha but we were still damn high throughout the live feed and we kept voting but we were kind of disappointed when Zheng Ning did not win, 'cause we were betting on who would win and losers would have to treat the rest Jelly Joy hahaha. But the disappointment was also partly because Zheng Ning was really improved and all. After she lost, we just spent the whole time after that trying to sing along, but we were only fast enough to sing the last two words of every line, hahaha. Jia Li and Joelle were very high when Stefanie Sun came out, they were waving to the screen as if they were at the there live!

Haha, yeah watched till 11 and then went home, was so tired I slept till 2 today 'cause tuition was cancelled anyway. So this weekend I had no tuition :) Ciao.
